BitMEX mobile app is currently not available directly on the Apple App Store in mainland China. To help you access our app, our support team will provide you with a temporary overseas Apple ID. This ID is solely for the purpose of downloading the BitMEX app.
Here's How the Process Works:

Provide Your Information to Our Support Team: When you contact us for help with the iOS app, we'll first need some basic information to proceed. This usually includes:
- Your WeChat ID.
- If you're an existing BitMEX user: Your UID (User ID).
- If you're new to BitMEX: Your email address. (For more details on what information we ask for initially, please see our article: "Getting Help to Download the BitMEX Mobile App: Information We'll Need")

Confirm Your Contact Details: Our team will ask you to confirm that the WeChat ID (and UID or email address) you provided is correct. This step is crucial because we will send the overseas Apple ID directly to your WeChat.

Receiving Your Download Materials: Once you've confirmed your contact details are correct, we will send you:
- A temporary overseas Apple ID: Use this to sign in to the App Store.
- An iOS Download Guide (PDF format): This guide contains step-by-step instructions on how to use the overseas Apple ID and download/install the BitMEX app.

What If Your Initial Information Was Incorrect? If there was an error in the contact information you first provided, we will ask you to provide your correct email address and WeChat ID so we can send you relevant information and provide support."
Once you provide the corrected information and confirm it, we will then proceed to send you the overseas Apple ID and iOS Download Guide via WeChat, as described in step 3.
Using the Provided Apple ID: Please use the overseas Apple ID provided by our team only for downloading the BitMEX app as instructed in the guide. After successfully downloading the BitMEX app, you should sign out of this temporary Apple ID on your device and sign back in with your personal Apple ID.
