Downloading BitMEX App on Android

Important Notice:

The BitMEX app may not be listed on all regional app stores (like the App Gallery in mainland China). The APK (Android Package Kit) file allows you to install the official BitMEX application directly onto your device. The functionality of the app installed via APK is identical to the store version.

How to Get and Install the BitMEX Android App (APK):

Direct Download Links for the BitMEX APK file: You will be provided with secure links to download the APK file. Examples of links we might share are:

    • https://mainnet.ntlbyy.com/x-static/bitmex-android.apk (Always use the specific links provided to you by our official support channels at the time of your request.)

General Steps to Install the APK on Your Android Device:

  1. Download the APK File: Tap on one of the download links provided by our team to download the bitmex-android.apk file to your device.

  2. Enable "Install from Unknown Sources" (if necessary):

    • To install an APK from outside an official app store, Android requires you to enable this permission.
    • The location of this setting can vary depending on your Android version and device manufacturer, but it's often found in:
      • Settings > Security
      • Settings > Apps > Menu (three dots) > Special access > Install unknown apps (then select your browser or file manager and toggle "Allow from this source").
